Do not recommend this place to anyone as everytime i go in i have the same exact problem and end up with nothing being resolved. Wanted my lenses changed... ive been there for 2 years now and have had no changes of insurance, which they had written on my file... Yet the dr told me that i would just have to come back because she was with a client and i was leaving for vacation in 2 hours and i cant make their hours on a regular day because i work 9-8 every day. So yes i was absolutely furious that she turned me away like it was my fault that they didnt put extra coverage that day or have more then 2 people in total who ever work there
Dr. ChaCha is amazing! She helped me out tremendously with helping to correct my vision! She saw me right away the next day. I scratched my corneas and was in tremendous pain for WEEKS! She followed up with my care 4 hrs after I got my antibiotics/steroids to make sure they were working correctly (like she was my mother :) - so kind of her.) I’m so grateful for her care, she was easy to talk to, listened to everything I had to say in great detail, compassionate, professional, and overall such a caring/personal person! Thank you Dr. ChaCha! You’re an amazing doctor!
I scratched my cornea yesterday, of course it didn't get bad until the middle of the night. I followed up at Family Eyecare Center this morning and I was seen right away, even though it's a holiday weekend and they aren't seeing patients. Dr. Chacha spent about 45 minutes with me, made sure to go over what drops/ointments to use, and explained why exactly my vision is hazy (my most disturbing symptom!) She is also following up with me tomorrow on a Sunday. Above & beyond treatment! I would definitely recommend!
Without a doubt the BEST and most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Neena dropped everything and helped me when I really needed it. I am an emergency room doctor and I was struggling with some procedures including life-saving and stabilizing procedures because my eyeglass prescription was not adequate for the fine detail work I must perform. Dr. Neena squeezed me in when she was very busy, diagnosed the problem and managed to get the new prescription glasses in 2 days. I used the new, improved glasses to repair a facial laceration on a young girl that had been mauled by a dog and perform emergency endotracheal intubation on 2 critically ill patients. I believe that little girl will have no noticeable scars on her face and those 2 people are alive today because of my ability to see and perform the procedures as quickly and easily as I had before. THANK YOU DR. NEENA and my patients thank you too!!!
Had a great experience picking out my eyeglasses here. I go to a separate doctor for my exams so i cannot attest to that, but when I came in with my prescription they were extremely helpful and I got a great pair of glasses that I love at a reasonable price!
